month to $2,500 per month in a 35-mile area.

To See Property
You
may visit the office at 451 Haywood Road or call (864) 297-4970
to speak to a staff member. Detailed information sheets,
including directions, are available at the office, by fax or
on this web site.
Some
vacant properties may be viewed by checking out the Keys at
our offices. Keys must be checked out before 3pm and returned
by 5pm of that same day. A
$50.00
Key
deposit is required in cash or check and is refunded when Keys
are returned. Personal visits to occupied properties will be
arranged for you by the staff.

not returned the same day are subject to deposit forfeiture
